May 6, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm PDT
An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 25, 2020
All ages welcome.
Ukulele, music and human (distanced) connection!
Enjoy an eight-week series that will provide a place to gather and support one another in our ukulele journeys and help fill the void of isolation.
Join weekly Zoom gatherings that will be flexible but have a structure that will allow us to build skills, learn chords and strumming patterns, be introduced to songs for various experience levels, and have an opportunity to share what we’ve been working on in a safe and encouraging song circle.
There may be a few surprises up our sleeves as well, like special guests and raffle drawings!
Please watch the 15-minute beginner tutorial at https://youtu.be/h-WH223II4U, visit www.UkeSociety.com, browse the site, look at the FREE song library, and then join us on Wednesday evenings for growth as musicians and creating community.
Please register for the series (via https://kcls.bibliocommons.com/events/5eab05246ac4a82400bc2267) and check your email for the Zoom link on the day of the event.
