DESCRIPTION:Get a taste of ukulele bootcamp and strum classes in Zoom\, where you get a little bit of everything – music theory\, chord switching and strumming exercises\, and application to a song. \nRegister in advance in Zoom to get the meeting ID\, password\, and link for this one-hour workshop\, which will be recorded. Switch off your video if you do not wish to be recorded. The links are in the webpage shown under event website. \nRequest for a handout (PDF) to be emailed to you to make the most of your learning (for a small fee to support these workshops). \nPre-requisite: be able to play the chords in this image. \nABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:\nBased in Boston\, Massachusetts but currently self-isolating in the rolling hills of Kent\, Anne Ku has moved all her face-to-face group classes online through ZOOM virtual sessions. Anne’s new book for complete beginners takes you from holding your ukulele to playing Iz’s “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” in ten steps. Anne Ku wrote her MA in Music dissertation on ukulele song sheets and participative music making.
